Delete Account Request

At Kutumb360, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use Kutumb360, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated ledger records.

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly inside the Kutumb360 mobile app:

1. Open the Kutumb360 app on your mobile device.
2. Log in to your account if you are not already logged in.
3. Navigate to your Profile / Settings tab.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm your request by tapping Delete Permanently. Your account and data will be deleted instantly.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you have already uninstalled the Kutumb360 app and cannot reinstall it, you can request account deletion using the secure web form below. Our development team will verify and process your deletion request within 7 business days.
