1. Use of the App
- Kutumb360 is designed strictly to help family groups and close-knit personal circles record, track, and manage their joint internal savings, loans, and financial ledger data.
- You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application, source code, or our trademarks.
- You must not use the application for any illegal activities, money laundering, or unauthorized business lending operations.
2. User Roles & Ledger Nature
The app operates as a manual ledger calculation tool. We are not a bank, licensed financial institution, credit union, microfinance company, or licensed money lender.
We do not handle, store, or process real-world monetary transactions, money transfers, or cash exchanges. Any actual cash deposits or loan distributions must be completed outside of the app by physical cash, bank transfers, or other third-party payment systems. The developer and the app hold no responsibility for:
- Accuracy of manual entries made by any user or administrator.
- Financial disputes, losses, or disagreements among family group members.
- Failure of any member to repay loans or contribute savings as promised within the group.
3. Account Security
You are entirely responsible for keeping your phone secure and maintaining the confidentiality of your app passcode/credentials. We strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as it can bypass built-in security features and make your device vulnerable to malware.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer, administrators, or owners of Kutumb360 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of funds, profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the application.
- Any unauthorized access to our secure servers or data databases.
- Any disputes or defaults arising between members of a family group.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any updates. Changes to the terms are effective immediately upon being posted on this website.
